I get similar headaches and find that they come from tension in the muscles on the sides of my neck. Do neck stretches from side to side, holding for a minute if you can stand it, and less if you can't. Massage is also a very good option.

I would try to get some sinus relievers. Build up in your sinuses could be causing pains in your temples. Or, it could also be migraine problems. Try getting migraine pain reliever like bayer.

It could just be stress or hunger. However if the pain persists, you would need to consult a doctor. If the pain comes with blurred vision or face numbness it is probably serious and you should consult go to the doctor/ER right away. (disclosure: I am not a doctor)

Headaches can be caused by many things, and you should seek medical attention if they persist. Pressure on the temples is often caused by Sinus headaches - try taking a zantak/claritin and an Excedrin.
