That depends on who filmed it. A reputable place will give an honest presentation, and you might see things move or some shadows if there is real activity. A fraud will have a lot of mystery lights you can reproduce in your own home with a camera or flash light.
Paranormal videos depict various supernatural or unexplained events or things, and examples would include ghosts, UFOs, and supposed lifeforms like the Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot.
in those videos you will see just anoying things... and at the end you will realize that you just waisted 10-15 minutes from your life doing nothing and then you will start to say "good words" to the producer of that video ... well this is just my opinion about it
