What website will let me do a search of my neighbor's assets?

I want to see if he has enough for me to sue him.

It doesn't matter if he has assets or not, if you sue him and you wins, he has to pay you not matter what.

Full disclosure of assets will be a challenge as that is generally considered private information. However there are some pieces of information you can collect. Real Estate sale prices are public record and can be an indication of minimum income levels. Try using an aggregator site like Spokeo.

A search of the county or state property appraisal district will list all taxable property. This includes first and second homes and business real estate. Searches for the motor vehicle department list all cars, boats and RVs.

That's pretty private information so I'm not sure there are any sites that will let you do that. My advice would be to have a heart to heart with your neighbor.
