Boxwood, arborvitae, barberry, and dwarf pines all do well in zone 5. Many varieties of viburnum also do very well in zone 5.

There is different typs of evergreen bushes grow well in zone 5. It stand only like bushes. It's looks like green field. It's very bueatiful to see from far. We can cut it in different way.
