Make sure that you can put it between the studs in the wall. This is a good time to do some re-wiring of electricy to lights and an ground outlet.

The best tip I can give you is hire a professional to do it those things are a night mare to do on your own we had one put in our master bathroom by a person that said they new what they were doing and he cut the wrong thing and we had to replace half the bathroom wall.
