All household wiring kits are the same when it comes to hooking them up. You have a hot and a ground. Recessed lighting takes a kit or a box that houses the wiring and the place to put the bulbs. The only thing you have to consider is heat dissipation, but any kit will be insulated for heat issues.

The recessed cans should have a wire compartment on them, you will run your wires in to the first light and then on to the next one check the information that came with your cans as you can only wire so many in series.
