Wear a dress with an empire waist that is comfortable and in a cheerful color. For an afternoon wearing you can wear a knee length dress with a shawl. Wear comfortable shoes.

Maxi style dresses (that are loose on the waist and also reaches the floor) are great for pregancies. Try a strapless version if you want to show some skin.

You can try to find even in non specialized shops an easy-to-wear, large dress, made of cotton or silk, that shouldn't be too short. Combine a little, colourful pochette and you will be beautiful!

There are lots of choices now adays for pregnant women. You can wear a empire waisted dress to accent your bustline. It will flow over your belly. Or, if you feel like showing off that baby bump, you can find a close fitted dress that will accentuate that belly. Just remember that being comfortable with your look is most important.
