The federal IDEA act requires that students with any disability receive the same education as regular students. Your local school district must provide whatever accommodations are needed.

What schools? Where? The type and level of resources available to disabled students varies by country, region and even townships. It also matters how hearing impaired students are classified with in the school system. In the past, many deaf and hearing impaired students were forced into Special Education classes which were geared towards students with mental disabilities.
