One month into pregnancy you should not notice a change in your size at all. You may be bloated or have some gas that results in your stomach appearing to be larger.

Only one month into pregnancy, most women have not changed sizes at all, unless they gained or lost weight normally, or are bloated. Most women do not start showing until they are at least twelve weeks or more. Women who have been pregnant before may show earlier, around eight weeks.

Belly size is different in every woman, but generally there is no change during the first six weeks or so of a pregnancy. Some smaller sized women will get a pouch no larger than the bloating before a period. Larger women may not see a change until the second trimester.

You won't notice much of a difference in size one month into pregnancy. However, you will probably be bloated and may have difficulty fitting into your normal size clothes. Consider getting a belly band to help with the transition.
