What should I know about going from blonde to brown?

Be prepared for some upkeep. If you're a natural blonde, you're going to have to take care of your roots fairly frequently.

There are programs online where you can upload a picture of yourself and u can change the color of the hair. This will help u decide if u really want to go to that other color. Your roots are going to grow and its going to look bad unless u keep up on dying it, just a thought.

Going from blonde to brunette is not damaging on your hair, but if you plan on going light again after, it will be much more damaging on your hair

Usually it is recommended that you try to stay within one or two shades of your natural haircolor. If you are a dark blonde you can go for a darker brown. If you are a light blonde or medium blonde look for a golden or chestnut shade.
