What should I know about facet arthropathy and hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum ?

The ligaments flavum is just the name for the ligaments that hold your vertebra together. The facts are the tiny joints between the vertebra. When they get worn out it stress the ligmentum flavum causing radiating back and neck pain.
