Changing tires on all vehicles is about the same. You need to remove the lug nuts then the tire. After doing all of that the process is reversed and a new tire is put on the vehicle. The only way to do this is to raise the vehicle with a jack and use a wrench to remove the lug nuts.
Change it as you would any other car. Break the lug nuts loose, jack the car up at the jack points, remove the wheel, install the spare tire, tighten the lug nuts, lower the car, and finally re-tighten the lug nuts.
It may be wearing a Run-Flat tires. Needs a jack to lift the car. Needs a wrench to unlock the nuts. Left side counter clockwise. Right side clockwise to loosen.
