Always have the instruction manual on hand as you may need it as a reference. If you are experiencing an issue contact the customer help line. If it is still under warranty they should be able to repair it for free. Don't use it if it is malfunctioning as it could cause serious damage.

It is really only suppose to be used for casual jogging and light running. If you do have trouble with it there is a red button that resets it.

You should know about the warranty first, and if there is a troubleshooting guide in the instruction booklet that was included with the treadmill.

One of the most important things to remember about your treadmill is to make sure your belt is well oiled at least twice a week.
