Just make sure that you keep it very clean and floss regularly so that the teeth holding the bridge do not fail.

A fixed bridge can fix the missing teeth. It is just like having a crown but bigger. There is no maintance on it, you might have to clean up on top of it if your dentist doesn't get it closed all the way. But it should fit and you should not have to do anything with it.
