Listen to your husband's concerns about your daughter. His information could be cruical to her behavioral care. By all means, your daughter's future health and well-being affect the family as a whole, particulaly if she is a member of the immediate household. Be objective and listen to his concerns objectively as he is your life partner.

This is a tough problem. Try to educate your husband (gently) about the causes of your daughter's behavour. Suggest he go with you to parent support group.

People handle stuff in a lot of different ways and children with disabilities are difficult sometimes but I would encourage him to see the good side of the situation.
