You should start with the simplest explanations and then work from there. Make sure it's receiving electricity. If it is and nothing at all happens when you turn it on, it is likely a failed power supply or unseated CPU/RAM. If you hear beeps and see nothing, the video card may need to be reseated.

first of all,check the power connections to the tower. if power is okay, then the next thing to be checked is the SMPS or simply the power supply. this should be done with the help of a professional.

Check out your power supply cable, maybe it got disconnected. If that's not the case, you can check the power supply in your computer tower.

Open the case and look for a battery. It looks like a watch battery. Round silver and flat. Take it out then put it back in. That will reset the cmos. Make sure the computer is unplugged from the wall first. or it may be virus.

If your PC isnt turning/Powering on please check if the SMPS id working and then check the following does the fans spin at regular speed,power light is on.
