What should I do about two female pigs (each five months old) that started fighting when I took away their babies at three weeks? Will they eventually get along?

Just continue to keep the two pigs separated. If they are fighting you shouldn't keep them together because they could seriously injure or kill the other pig.

I would keep them separated for a little while, but most female animals forget about their babies within a matter of two weeks or less.
