You should take the bunny to a veternarian to have him checked out, as some seizures can result in brain damage and even death. Make sure as a pet owner, that you are prepared to know the signs and symptoms of a seizure in your pet. If it lasts longer than a few minutes, you should definitely seek help.

You should take the rabbit to the vet immediately. He/She will be able to prescribe medication to stop the rabbit from having seizures.

Seizures in rabbits are a rare but serious condition and should be treated by a veterinarian who as soon as possible. During the seizure, the animal should not be restrained and objects that could cause injury should be removed from the immediate area.

I would recommend having your rabbit seen by a veterinarian who specializes in small animals. Your rabbit may have a condition or health problem not visible to you. Any number of things may be causing the seizures. Without a veterinarian's examination and possible testing you can not be certain your furry friend isn't ill.
