To get a dog to stop chewing up things you should buy some bitter apple taste deterrant. You can spray that on the surface of your sheets and it gives the dog a horrible taste when he bites it which will then make him stop the bad habit.

Every time your dog starts chewing the sheets, tell him no and redirect him to a favorite chew toy. Since he likes sheets, he may enjoy a soft cloth toy that feels similar. When you can't there to supervise, don't let your dog have access to the sheets.

Dogs learn well from commands. When you catch a dog chewing on sheets, bark NO at the dog. Your tone of voice will let him know that you are angry.

First, you should take out old sheets that you don't want and purposely want your dog to chew on. Then, put on the sheets anything that your dog would hate like hot sauce. When your dog chews on this, it'll hate it and never chew on it again.
