Children love visuals. Use pictures showing a bed made, teeth and hair brushed, room cleaned, pet fed, and prayers said. Use sticky stars to reward a job well done.

If you are doing a behavior chart, you can include a listing of both positive and negative behaviors the child is prone to. Such as Putting away toys, brushing his teeth, feeding the cat, for positive. Each positive item done get's a start or happy face sticker. The negative would be yelling, talking back, not listening, etc.

This is age dependent. Want your 7-year-old to brush thier teeth before breakfast? Place stars on the chart for each successful task completed! Try not to pick so many behaviors that they get overwhelmed and discouraged. Be sure the child is old enough to comply.
