There are many "standard" height-weight charts - use any of them. All they represent is a statistical sample of some group of children with "standard" being in the middle of the pack. Since very few kids are "standard" it is actually unusual to track exactly in the center. What is often more important are changes relative to the center line.

There is one and I think you could find it by doing a little research on the internet. You could also talk to your childrens' doctor and see if they have one that you can have.

There is a standard of weight and height for children that is based on percentiles. It is not an exact science, and projection for proper growth can vary for reasons such as parental height and weight, whether puberty has occureed, and bone structure.
