Expensive cars aren't really worth the extra money, because you always end up paying a lot more for parts, and the price of fixing your expensive car increases dramatically when taken to a shop to be fixed.

There are a few reasons some cars cost more. Some high-end cars are entirely hand assembled. This means fit and finish are perfect. Higher end parts are also typically used and will last much longer then those used in lower-end cars. If only a limited number of a vehicle is released this will also raise prices.
