What kinds of gifts can you give to teachers?

I like to send them a personal card stating that I have made a donation in their name to a charity - we usually go with the local cancer society, as most everyone has had someone touched with cancer. All the teachers have appreciated this personal gift.

A nice sweater with a gift receipt or a gift card for a specialized clothing store. Teachers also spend a lot of their own money on items for the classroom, so gift cards to craft stores are always appreciated.
