It's not a sickness--you have a girl rabbit. Kind of like female humans have breasts, female rabbits have fat pouches under their chins in order to produce milk for their babies. However, if you're CERTAIN that you have a boy rabbit, it's most likely cancerous, and you should consult with a vet to make a decision on what to do.

A rabbits chin contains their scent glands. They often rub that area against you to mark. If the glands are infected the chin will swell and be irritated.

The "fat chin" is actually called a dewlap, and it means you have a girl bunny. Dewlaps are fat stores for when a female rabbit has babies--as she nurses, her chin will shrink to nothing, but will grow back as she weans her babies. If you absolutely know your bunny is a boy, it most likely is a tumor/cancer.

Could be nothing or several different things, including an infection in the scent gland, swollen lymph nodes, even a tumour (benign or malignant), but it cannot be properly diagnosed until you take your pet to a qualified exotics vet, who can make a proper diagnosis and suggest any necessary treatment.

When describing a fat chin do you mean loose skin? if so it is a normal finding in some breeds of rabbits, if not and there are some other symptoms like cough or fever, you should take him to the vet.

Many female rabbits have a large hanging patch of skin and fur under the chin, called a dewlap. This is completely normal and no cause for worry.
