Semi-truck drivers typically make $35,000-45,000 a year starting, and ones that have been doing the job a long time can clear upwards of $80,000. Delivery truck drivers tend to make a little less, since the hours aren't as long, and they aren't away from home as much. You have to go through training first.

It depends on what company they work for, and how much distance they have to drive (and what they are delivering), but you can expect between $45,000-$100,000 (with overtime).
