The drug called Mirapex comes in an oval shape with 4 4 on one side and u u on the other. This is the 0.25mg dose. Most commonly Mirapex is prescribed for Parkinson's and Restless Leg Syndrome.

Even if you find someone who can tell you what active ingredients the pill contains and who manufactured it, there's still no way of telling what dosage the pill has. So unless it's some rare and really expensive medication, in which case I'd consult a pharmacist, I'd advise you to throw it away.
