According to the government fuel economy website you can expect to get around 16mpg in the city and 23mpg on the highway. Some people do claim they get a few more mpg on the highway.
This vehicle got city 18 mpg, highway 26 mpg and combined 21 mpg back in 99 but the new, real world standards changed it to city 16 mpg, highway 23 mpg and combined 19 mpg.
