What job can an ex-con with an MBA degree get?

Having a previous record will not help your cause. You can go to your area vocational rehabilitation center. They have training and resources that help ex-cons get jobs. They will have direct contact with people that will hire you with your skills.

It will all depend on what your MBA is specialized in and your previous work experience. You cannot work in healthcare.

Many companies seek to hire employees regardless of their criminal past, as long as they have served their time and turned their lives around.

Anyone who will hire them is the obvious answer. There are certain jobs that the ex-con can not get. Such jobs are some government jobs like in the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, etc. Any other job that they want to get is up to them to apply and seek employment.
