John Deere X300 w/ 38 inch deck. I used this model to mow a small park. The model held up nicely for 2 years while I was on the job. The suspension is decent; it's generally a nice ride. The model also turns corners quite well. Maintenance was straightforward, and John Deere is a brand you can trust.

I have the Black & Decker CM1936 Cordless Lawn Mower. I love that you don't have to use gas, and it makes yard work easier. It saves money over time.

If you are needing a mower to do more than the standard yard, then its best to go right for the john deere models.
