The mower might have a clogged line or filter also check the air filter. Sometimes little rocks or dirt gets into the fuel like and blocks the line from getting fuel to the engine making it either choke the motor out or make it idle bad. Also clean air filter- it may need cleaned.

Your mower has an interuption of fuel to the motor. Check for an obstruction , usually a stone or wood chip in the fuel line. Easiest to replace the fueline
