What is wrong if I have stopped taking my birth control pill, and I have not gotten my period?

It is possible that nothing is wrong; you body does need some time to adjust after getting off of birth control. If the problem continues, you should consult your gynecologist, but it is probably nothing to worry over.

Do not worry. That just means that your natural menstrual cycle hasn't caught up yet. If you stopped taking it fairly recently then its normal but if you stopped a month or two ago i would go see a doctor because maybe something is wrong.

Take a pregnancy test. It's possible that you could be pregnant. The birth control is quite effective but a small amount of women have actually gotten pregnant.

The answer is clear that you are pregnant. The birth control pill is good and can be taken to avoid pregnancy. But some ladies gets side effects after taking this pills. It is due to their body weakness.
