There's Da Vinci Hollywood which is a neat exhibit with different interactive machines. There should also be a tourist welcome center where you can get more ideas of fun things to do in Echo Park.

The best thing to do is sign up for a tour of the park. You will see the Baxter Steps, and the Echo Park boathouse, which are considered historic. Don't miss Lotus Festival, which features a wide range of musical acts and performers.
