November is a gloomy month. The wind is often strong, leaves tend to come off the trees during this month, and there can be quite a lot of rain.

It pretty much rains every month in winter. However, the Novembers tend to be milder, at around 2-5 degrees Celsius and it is a very good time to travel.

Although Irish weather is quite unpredictable, you should be prepared for showers. If you are going to eastern Ireland (Dublin) you can expect one out of three days to be rainy. In the west (Claremorris) two out of three days can be rainy. Average temperatures in November range between 40F and 50F (4C - 10C).

I would expect lots of rain and fog. However, there will be clear days as well, so pack a raincoat, boots, and lots of things you can layer.
