Dubai is extremely hot in July. Be prepared for tempretures of over 100 degrees F. Try to stay inside during the peak heat of the day (betweent 10am and 2pm)
Oh they change, it gets hotter. I do not recommend going to Dubai in July. It is extremely hot and very uncomfortable. It is the dessert and there isn't a lot around to cool everything down.
