The primary stage takes 3-30 days to progress, the second stage takes about 2-3 months to progress and the third stage, if not treated, takes 2 years to develop.

I take it, you have never had Lyme disease, or your disease was unique as that timeframe is ridiculous based on each time I was confirmed with the disease.  add a comment

After 1 to 2 weeks, stage 1 presents itself with a rash or flu-like symptoms. After days, weeks, or months, stage 2 may present itself since not all patients develop stage 1 symptoms with cardiac symptoms and some nervous system involvement. Stage 3 presents after several months to years with neurological symptoms such as chronic arthritis, fatigue, and sleep disorders.

Lyme Disease progresses fairly rapidly after being injected with the bacteria through a tick. The onset o the symptoms will begin with flu-like symptoms. You will see a reddish area that looks like a bullseye.

I am sorry I can't answer this effectively. Lyme disease requires early intervention. You need to check the Center for Disease Control Website for a thorough, effective answer. Best Luck.
