It is a TV show about a disembodied hand that wears a ring containing it's eyes and it's little sister and thier friends. They have adventures where they try to interact with each other and the world in which they live. It reminds me a lot of the old Mr. Rogers show I watched as a child.

Oobi is a hand puppet tv show. It is about the life of a grandfather, little sister, and his best friend.the go on adventures together and have fun with each other. can be educational for the younger crowd.

Oobi is an American Children Television Series created by Josh Selig and produced by his company Little Airplane Productions.It is about the life of the title character,along with his younger sister,his best friend and his Grandfather.

It is a show featuring hand puppets geared toward preschoolers that was on in the early part of the last decade. There were learning games and fun kiddie stuff like that. It is a good show and is pretty non offensive to anyone I would pretty much think. Check it out!!
