They are generally pretty mild and don't do a whole lot. When it comes to interacting with cats it varies between the individual dogs. Sometimes one dog will get along with cats while another won't. It could be easier if the dog is actually a puppy and is raised around the cat.

It really depends on how they were raised the best way to get them to like cats is to raies them together that way the dog never realizes there is life without them in it.
