Each fruit and veggie will have a different content. Fruits will have more sugar than veggies in general. Do an Internet search for a detailed list.

Sugar content is more in fruits then vegetables. Fruits like strawberries, apple papaya , grapes has less sugar. Vegeables that are grown underground like carrot pototoe, carrot, beetroot all contain more sugar so it is better to avoid them. Greeny vegetables dont contain much sugar. On the whole fruits and vegetables are good for health. Vegetables like Tomatoes even cure cancer.

Not all are the same, but fruits tend to have far more carbs (sugars) than most vegetables. If you are on a special diet, and avoiding excess sugar intake, it is best to stick to vegetables for the majority of your diet. Avoid starchier vegetables, such as carrots and corn.

I am a diabetic and need to be very careful about my sugar intake. Fruit has natural sugars in it, so you should be careful on how much fruit you consume. although it is natural, it is still sugar. Some veggies are pretty low in sugar, while others are quite high. I would avoid carrots at all costs.
