Large quantities can be picked up by a company that will recyle it into fuel. Small quantities can be poured into your garbage. Not the sink!

Cooking Oil can be discardedin many ways. Easiest way:Run hot water tap, allow the oil to flow through it. Run tap for another 5 minutes. another way: Soak a piece of used news paper in it, keep it for some time so that the paper can absorb all oil. then discard thet paper in bin.

If your city does not have a disposal then put it back in the oil bottle when totally cooled and toss it in with the regular garbage.
