What is the relationship between joint inflammation and dairy products?

My joints have been bothering me for the past two months.

Some believe that the enzymes in dairy can cause this problem but there is little to no scientific evidence to corroborate this.

In general allergies to some proteins in dairy products or the presence of contaminants in milk are the usual factors linked to arthritic conditions. Organic dairy products are unlikely to cause problems and the vitamin D and calcium content may be beneficial. The saturated fat content may be harmful, making low-fat dairy foods more desirable.

There really is no relationship other than the saturated fat levels can make you heavier, so stick with the low-fat dairy products. The vitamin D and calcium content may help.
