The first offense can put you in jail for 90 days and/or a $150-$200 fine and/or a suspended license for a year. The second offense is up to one year in prison and/or a $200-$600 fine and/or suspended license for up to two years. If previous violation occurred than an additional fine up to $500 and 100 hours community service.

The penalty likely will involve a fine, further suspension and perhaps jail time, depending on the previous record as well as the reason the license was suspended in the first place. Penalties will be more severe if drugs/alcohol has been involved.
