Depending on the particular model, there could be one or more, upstream sensor located between the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter and a downstream located on the back exhaust pipe.

Look on the exhaust pipe it will be closer to the engine, it is a metal insert with a wire going to it. They are pretty easy to spot and replace.

Oxygen sensors measure the amount of oxygen traveling through the exhaust pipes. Depending on the model of your Isuzu Trooper, there may be two sensors - an upstream sensor (located between the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter) and/or a downstream sensor (located on the back exhaust pipe). Before performing any maintenance, be sure to disconnect the battery.

It'll be in the exhaust manifold, usually downstream of the headers. It'll just stick out of the side of the exhaust pipe with a wire coming out.

Depending on the year it could be either near the back of the exhaust system, or it could be located around the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter. Either way make absolutely sure to detach your negative batter cable to prevent and electric problems and make sure to use OEM or approved parts.

Without knowing more about the engine of model and year of the vehicle all I can say is that it is located in the exhaust system. Typically it is on the drivers side. It will usually be located right before the catalytic converter in the pipe. However on some cars there is another one located on the other side.
