Mahayana Buddhism is centered around universal liberation. Thus, Mahayanists believe compassion to be a leading tool to fight the elimination of ego, desire, and suffering for one's self.

Mahayana compassion - meaning is really helping tendency. We have to be helpful, piteous with all other sorts of beings in the world. When we live for helping others, it means that we are implementing Mahayana compassion. Buddhists will concentrate on Mahayana compassion. Because love is the only axis for the earth on which it rotates. Please mind it.
