If measured at the throttle body for TBI systems, the pressure generally ranges from 2-15 psi depending on rpm. A much lower pressure system than that of MPI or direct injection, which tend to be upwards of 30 or 40 psi. Pressures vary between make, model, and especially engine type/size.

The fuel pressure can varying from car to car. It is the amount of pressure the fuel system maintain at the throttle body injector. This can usually be measured by splicing a pressure gauge inline right before the injector.
