It protects Florida residents from identity fraud and unlawful use of other billing statue that would other wise inhibit their ability to maintain credit or reasonably acquire assets. It was passed recently.
The statute requires the custodial parent to give the non custodial parent notice if they are moving more than 50 miles from their last residence at the time of the last visitation order.The notice also must be signed under oath.
