It is elliptical amphitheatre, situated in Rome. It was built in 1st century A. D by Vespasian,Titus. That building is used for entertainments. It is used for games, gladiatorial contests and public spectacles. It is good tourist place in Rome. It is partially damaged in 21st century because of earthquake. It is connection with catholic church.

From the year 1643 there have been 684 types of flora document in the Roman Colosseum. The wide amount of flora variety is because of the change in climate over the years at the Roam Colosseum and also because of the transportation of many of these species to Rome from visitors and animals that came into the Roman Colosseum.
