Electricity flows very easily through a conductor, such as a copper wire. An insulator is meant to prevent the flow of electricity and is made of a material where the electrons are tightly bound to the atoms of the material.
Answer by TitusMcCoy (44)
An insulator, like rubber, blocks the flow of electricity. A conductor, like aluminum or copper wire, allows the flow of electricity.
