There are several options for treating Neuroforaminal Stenosis. Treatments that you can do from home include alternating heat and cold packs to the area, and using a TENS unit. Clinical treatment may include prescription anti inflammatories, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic therapy, and cortisone injections. Each case is treated according to the patient. I personally prefer therapeutic massage and decompression.
