Fill a bucket with vinegar of any kind and soak your feet for about fifteen minutes. Follow this by applying a little tea-tree oil, which has excellent anti-fungal proprieties, to the affected area. Follow this routine daily until the situation clears up.

When dealing with Athlete's Foot, the most important thing to remember is to keep the foot as dry as possible. Moisture will aggravate the condition. There are over-the-counter creams that can help manage the discomfort and speed up the healing process as well. Severe cases should be examined by a doctor.

Wash feet and completely dry. Can apply any anti-fungal cream that is sold over the counter. Wear 100% cotton socks to allow air circulation.

Get some athletes foot spray from the drugstore. Also after a shower make sure the feet are dried well and white socks are supposed to be good.

You can get over the counter treatments for athletes foot at your local pharmacy. Typically these are anti-fungal medications that are applied directly to the foot. If the athletes foot does not resolve with over the counter treatment you should see your physician.

If you go to the store you can buy a can of that spray stuff. It works really well you just have to be sure that he is using it.
