The best dose is whatever the package says, you don't want to go too far and beyond what it reads.

This a medicine for Asthma patient. Some patient who is not effected much can have 1 dose a day, but come people who have regular Asthma they should take 2 dosage with 6 hours intervals or as per the doctors advice.

Only your doctor can tell you that. The doctor would know how much a person should take or not. Or you can look it up online. But the best is to talk to your doctor.
